At Movement Solutions, we believe in patients taking an active role in their healthcare.
Your medical decisions with your doctor are enhanced through knowledge and information gathering, exercise, and activity modifications.
Based on your initial evaluation, your Doctor of Physical Therapy may prescribe the following:

A customized home exercise program

Informational packets, including videos as needed to assist in reaching your goals

Provide recommendations on activity modifications such as sleeping, working at the computer, walking, and climbing stairs to reduce pain and improve movement.
After your visit
- You may feel slightly more sore than usual because your physical therapist was assessing movement, which can sometimes trigger your pain symptoms.
- For postoperative physical therapy: review your post-operative instructions given by your surgeon for specific questions regarding wound care, medications, activity, exercises, brace usage, ice therapy, follow-up care, emergencies, or any other concerns. If you have lost these instructions, please get in touch with your surgeon’s office for a new copy.
Payment and Invoicing
- All Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
- Wellness visits invoices are emailed and can be paid online through QuickBooks. An email link will be provided. An email link will be sent bi-monthly (i.e., 1st-15th or 16th - end of the month).
- Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy Insurance visits will be emailed and can be paid online through QuickBooks. An email link will be sent bi-monthly (i.e., 1st-15th or 16th - end of the month).
- In-Network Physical Therapy Insurance visits can be paid electronically through our Patient Pay Portal. Once your visit has been adjusted by your insurance provider, an email and text will be sent to you.
